Learn how we are protecting our customers and staff from COVID-19

An important note to our dear and valued customers.

In light of the current Coronavirus concerns we are facing as a global community, our team are taking extra precautions by wearing brand new disposable gloves on each repair, and can sanitise working surfaces at your request, we can also wear a P2 mask if you would like. We are also abiding by current social distancing guidelines (we will not be shaking customer’s hands for instance), and also staying up to date with changing government guidelines.

We are also asking that when you are booking in service visits at present, you please kindly advise us urgently if you, or anyone in your household, has any flu-like symptoms, or has travelled overseas within the last 14 days or had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 (or awaiting test results) within the last 14 days, and we will ensure your service is scheduled appropriately.
